Changing contact details

If you have changed your email address or mobile number, you should let us know by updating them in the Osper app.

Changing parent's email address or mobile number

To change your email address or mobile number;

  1. Log in to the Osper app as the parent
  2. Select the More option from the menu bar at the bottom
  3. Tap Contact details
  4. Tap email address or mobile number to change either of these details
  5. We will send a verification to the new email address or mobile number. Simply click the link we send to confirm the change.

Changing young person's email address or mobile number

To change your email address or mobile number;

  1. Log in to the Osper app as the parent
  2. Select the More option from the menu bar at the bottom
  3. Tap the name of the child you would like to change
  4. Tap Contact details
  5. Tap email address or mobile number to change either of these details
  6. You will be logged out of the app
  7. We will send a verification to the new email address or mobile number. Simply click the link we send to confirm the change

Changing account holder name or address

If you would like to change the account holder name or address, please call our community team on 020 3322 9090 who will be more than happy to help.
